1. ...owned a restaurant, what kind of food would you serve?
There's a place here in town that's reservation only, and can seat maybe 8 to 10 at a time. There's no menu, the chef cooks what he feels like on any given evening, and that's what's served. H is such a fabulous cook, I think he'd do well at this. Me? I'd do everything but cook.

Probably herbs and plant-related things, with some metaphysical items mixed in
3. ...wrote a book, what genre would it be?
12th Century historical and/or low fantasy
4. ...ran a school, what would you teach?
Public speaking? Manners for children and young adults? How to figure out what your pet's trying to tell you? Recycling 101? Dunno.
5. ...recorded an album, what kind of music would be on it?
An unholy mixture of 60s-70s folk, madrigals, 40s torch songs, some Celtic folk, some Bluegrass, and maybe a show tune or two
