Friday Five

1. What do you most want to be remembered for?
Being neither boring nor contentious. Peacefinding, funny, dependable, occasionally insightful. Not much.
2. What quotation best fits your outlook on life?
an old episode title from Route 66: "peace, pity, pardon" If I was having a tombstone, I'd want it on. That, or "I told you I was sick."
3. What single achievement are you most proud of in the past year?
Discovering the hyperinsulinemia and dealing with the diet. Not.dead.yet.
4. What about the past ten years?
Stepping away from H and letting him solve his own emotional problems. Or not. Admitting neither his nor the kids' are mine to deal with.
5. If you were asked to give a child a single piece of advice to guide them through life, what would you say?
Life is neither fair, nor as long as you think. Suck it up, and make your own joy.
