1. Eat Peking Duck or pressed duck; your call.
2. Fly in a balloon.
3. Eat morel mushrooms.

I've always wanted to take a balloon ride. Maybe I will!

I've had both Peking and pressed duck--yum! I also invited two other couples to dinner, and served...one duck. And a hastily assembled casserole when the duck proved vastly inadequate, as duck will do.

And I'm all for mushrooms, morels are now on the list.
