From a certain perspective? This isn't far off. I've often said, "Make me queen of the universe for...a month. I'll fix everything, and then abdicate. What most societies need isn't a ruler, it's a mom. 'You there! You countries, drop those nuclear weapons right there! (Oops. I mean--) Put those back right now, and play nice! Or you'll have to deal with me.'"
