Sooo sick. Gas from hell on Saturday, and cramps like labor, especially back labor. Had three spoonfuls of applesauce with nutmeg and it threatened to come back up, eventually stayed down, but made me pay later. Up every hour or two to pee. Better yesterday, at least a little deflated, though the lower-abdomen cramps were still active. So sore from being inflated.

It's not food poisoning, nor a food sensitivity, so I'm guessing a weird sort of flu. Chicken broth on the menu for tonight. Let's hope it stays down--and in.
