(no subject)

I am gonna have SO many messages to skipcatch up on when I get home to my PC. I'm using Anne's laptop, because after lugging mine along, and making bicycops and his lovely wife and Ginger shift EVERYthing in the trunk around to shoehorn it in, the wireless card won't talk to either Anne's wireless network, and the hospitality suite isn't wired. Or at least it wasn't when a small group comprised of billytea, helvirago, Sheryl, sophiap, vwbug, DX and I left for dinner last night.

V.tired, and a bit in overwhelm, I was happy to head back to the hacienda thereafter when Anne suggested it. It was a train change from the red line at Union Station to the green line back to the car, waiting in the Park and Ride lot, and then almost half an hour back to Catonsville and Anne's lovely house. We nattered (now there's a surprise!) for a while, caught last night's episode of Touching Evil, and called it a night. Wimps.

Later today is meeting the lovely and talented debg, primping for, and the attending of Prom. Whee! After a quiet night and a wonderful night's sleep, I'm ready to face The humans again.
