Yes. It's gotten a bit spiky lately because my hands aren't as supple as they should be.

Of course. Humans are a visually-oriented species, we can't help it. I'd hope that familiarity would surpass pretty as a better judge of character and personality, however.

13. How do you release anger?
I clean. I mutter. I write. I talk to a select few people, some online. And if what's making me angry is interpersonal, or something I have the power to influence or change? I visualize the conversation, the action needed, rehearse my points, examine everything as minutely as I possibly can to make sure I haven't jumped the gun and overlooked anything. And when I'm calm and have gone over what I want to say, how they're likely to respond and my possible reactions, I'll face them down and have it out. Dispassionately and rationally. It's the only way I can make my anger productive. Otherwise it's all wasted energy.

Not instinctively. But I decided being mistrustful wasted a lot of effort I could use to better effect elsewhere. I have chosen to trust, until a person proves untrustworthy.
